$71,000 For World’s Most Expensive Christmas Cocktail With Drinking Diamonds

Flawless Cocktail Drinking Diamonds

Come Christmas and nightclub gets an excuse to flaunt their lavish offerings’ giving a reason to uber-rich to spend outrageously on such pricey deals. Keeping in mind the nature of the occasion, the world’s most expensive Christmas cocktail has been unveiled at a notorious, London A-list hang-out. The pricey cocktail, an offering by Movida nightclub doesn’t lets you compromise at any ordinary Champagne and thus bites you with its deserving cost of £35,000 ($71,000) a glass.

You haven’t tasted opulence til you’ve sipped on the US $71,011.50 glasses of “Flawless” cocktail drinking diamonds. It’s officially the world’s most expensive Christmas cocktail according to the Daily Mail, and it’s being launched today.

“Ingredients in the costly cocktail include a large measure of Louis XII cognac, half a bottle of Cristal Rose champagne, some brown sugar, angostura bitters and a few flakes of 24-carat edible gold leaf, according to The Guardian,” the Mail said.

“But the real extravagance is an 11-carat white diamond ring - which can be found at the bottom of the glass.

“And customers buying the exorbitant cocktail won’t go unnoticed. Two security guards will be on watch as the drink is prepared and watch over the client’s table until the last sip.”
No doubt this will be the engagement method of choice for some of London’s most affluent this season! Undeniably memorable, just hopefully not as the night your wife-to-be chocked on a massive diamond. Hopefully the security guys are up to par on their Heimlich.via

$1.054 Million For A Pink Diamond Sold By Rockwell Diamonds

A rare 7.28 carat pink diamond was recovered from Rockwell Diamonds (RDI) Holpan operation in Kimberley, in Northern Cape, which went off for a stunning $145,000 per carat, making the company richer by $1.054 million.

Diamonds of this color are extremely unique and only the Argyle mine in Western Australia is known to produce such gems frequently. Rockwell CEO John Bristow was excited to have recovered a pink colored diamond from the company’s Holpan operation.

The company’s sale of $145,000 per carat value for a stone makes it a record price for a diamonds sale by the company, since early 2007, when it acquired its 51 percent ownership in the HC Van Wyk Diamonds alluvial diamond operations and projects in South Africa.

Pink diamonds are exceptionally rare on a world wide basis, with the only source known to produce such stones with some regularity being the Argyle diamond mine in Western Australia. The Argyle mine, which is owned by Rio Tinto, is a famous for its annual 'pink diamond tender'.via

Luxury Creme Encrusted With Swarovski

Luxury Creme Encrusted With Swarovski

It's second time around after the "Pimp my Ride", here is "Bling my creampot"! Have you ever heard of "La Prairie"? It' s the brand which is famous for blending caviar into its cremes. La Prairie have been gifting the beauty freaks with creams blending the luxurious caviar for external use, but this time they have outclassed themselves!

Then I totally go crazy when all of this is packaged in a creampot incrusted with Swarowski crystals, as a result of a 48 hours labour. The creampot can be refilled. As if I though, just for a time split second, that the creampot was destined to my dustbin after the cream was over... Anyway, the cream's ready to use before putting on one's Cavalli H & M's outfit... Am I not bitchy enough today?

The Face Cream with Caviar La Prairie comes in a limited Luxury Edition of 50 ml diamond-studded creampot, for approximately $2,900.via
